Commercial Use
If you are commissioning me for commercial use, please do note that there are fees depending on what you want to use it for.range; $5-$20

1. GENERAL
If you're commissioning me, I hope you are able to follow my TOS

2. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Please inform me if you have any deadline needed (preferably a week or more ahead),If not I'll finish the commission in my time and pace.

3. PROCESS
VGEN & COMMISSION.GG : I'll send you a sketch of the commission either before or after accepting your commission. You can choose to wait for me to send you a sketch before paying if that's what you prefer.TWITTER / X / GFORM : I'll send you a sketch after accepting the commission and payment will be given after you are satisfied with the sketch.KO-FI : It is up to you if you want to dm me first for the sketch (payment after the sketch) or just give me the references without needing to see the sketch.I will send you a sketch under 24 hours after receiving the commission. If you do not receive it by the time, you may check my twitter/X as I will post if I ever too busy to do a sketch.I will NOT change the posture/big detail of the commission once I have proceed past the sketch process, so please inform any posture/big detail change when I show you the sketch.After I send you the final work, only colour or small details are acceptable for change / edit.

4. PAYMENT

5. USE
Do not sell or make a profit out of the commission I made you for.Exception : Commercial use, fee added ($5-$20)

This grants you the right to use the commissioned artwork for promotional and broadcast purposes. You may use it in livestreams ( Twitch/Youtube ), social media posts, and video content. This covers personal use and non-commercial physical items, for example: A single print for your room.Commercial Merchandising
This grants you full commercial rights to reproduce the artwork for profit. You are permitted to manufacture and sell physical or digital goods, such as stickers, keychains, plushies or apparel.

6. REFUNDS
No refunds will be made once I received the payment.

- Do note that if you do want it following the month theme, extra fee ($5) will be added to each of the month

Only halloween theme (october) = +$5 (while the other months will have 2 different illustration)More theme (more months specific illustration) = +$5 of each monthThe usual extra charge +5 for each added character will only counted if you want 2 or more characters together in one illustrationPlease do reach me out first if you are confused about anything!
